What happens after I submit my application?
Please allow for 3-4 business days to process your application. If your application is approved. Powers Properties will require a security deposit of at least $100 and possibly up to one full month's rent (depending on your application score). If you cancel your application within 3 banking days of submitting your security deposit, Powers Properties will refund your deposit. If you cancel your application after 3 banking days or if you have have not executed your lease agreement within 14 days of receipt. Management will retain the security deposit as damages for lost rent.
What happens after I Request a Transfer of possession?
Please allow for 3-4 business days to process your request. We will match up your request with then future tenant's application. Please make sure that they apply. If we don't get an application with 10 days that matches up with your request time out. Once the future leaseholder's application is approved, you will be contacted to schedule a walk through with the property manager to agree on the condition.
