As you prepare for your move, please review the following important guidelines to ensure a smooth transition.

Key Responsibilities:

• All apartment keys, mailbox keys, and gate cards (if applicable) must be returned directly to the property manager. Please do not leave them in the drop box without prior approval.

• Vehicles, including trucks and vans, are not permitted on sidewalks or grass. All loading must take place from designated parking areas.

Move-Out Checklist:

To help ensure a seamless move-out process, please complete the following:

✅ Vacuum the apartment thoroughly and remove all trash.
✅ Clean all kitchen appliances and bathroom fixtures, including under stove burners and inside cabinets and drawers.
✅ Clean the refrigerator and set it to the middle setting—do not turn it off.
✅ Turn off all water faucets, especially at washing machine connections.
✅ Return all keys and access cards to the property manager’s office.
✅ Update your address with the Post Office, utility providers, financial institutions, employer, and other necessary contacts.
✅ Confirm your move-out date with the property manager during your final week.
✅ Cancel any ACH (Bank) Draft rent payments if applicable.
