Thank you for considering Powers Properties for your rental needs.  Our spacious well-equipped apartments are located near major shopping centers and recreation facilities in Florence.  We are just a short drive from the two major interstates that connect Florence with many other areas of the state.  Our properties are equipped with a stove, refrigerator with ice maker, built-in microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, mini blinds, ceiling fans, and washer/dryer connections.  All properties include water, sewer, and trash removal.
